At NiftyCart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided the product:

  • Is unused and in its original condition

  • Has all original tags, packaging, and accessories

  • Is not a non-returnable item (e.g. hygiene-related products)

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
    NiftyCart is not responsible for lost return shipments.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If you haven’t received your refund, first check with your bank or card provider.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Opened personal care items

  • Used kitchen accessories (if not defective)

  • Customized or final sale items
